Birth Doula

What is a Doula?

A Birth Doula provides you emotional and physical support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. We are a member of your birth team whose primary focus is continuous support to mom during labor. However, a Doula doesn't replace your husband, but both work together to ensure mom has the best support possible during labor. We respect, listen, love, embrace, and help you advocate for yourself.  It's our goal to help you feel loved, cared for, and supported during your journey toward motherhood. Doulas aren't medical professionals, and do not make medical decisons.  We exist to fully support you, and help you have the beautiful and tender birth experience you desire and deserve.
